Eboshiyama Park was developed by local volunteers during the Meiji Era located on the elevation which has a bird’s-eye view of the Yonezawa basin; you can enjoy commanding view and seasonal landscape such as cherry blossoms in spring, leafy shade in summer, and colored leaves in autumn at this park where cherry trees, pines, and maple trees are arranged in perfect balance.
It is Park of hill expecting shining Azuma (Azuma) mountain range, Iitoyo (Iide) Asahi Peaks of remaining snow in one of 100 selections of cherry tree famous places.
Approximately 1,000 weeping cherry tree Yoshino cherry trees of more than 100 year to be said to be popular name "formal headwear for court nobles (eboshi) mountain 1,000 cherry tree" years old are in full glory wonderfully.
