People dedicate a "Daidai Kagura" dance (Shinto theatrical dance) and pray for an abundant staple grains harvest
Shrine is erected in 1672 (Kanbun 12). shinshusanuraisumashi of Sagami Tsurugaoka, Kamakura Hachiman shrine escapes from war in 1347 (Shohei 2), and mischief gets seven bureaucrats and comes to our district. Miniature shrine possessed in the Shinto shrine precincts is prefecture designated cultural assets. As a whole, by part of black lacquer coat vermilion lacquer coat, trace of gold leaf decoration is seen in door, handrail, carving with designs. Dance "Daidai Kagura (Shinto theatrical dance)" (daidaikagura) said to that it originated in the world of the Tenpo era in Wakamiya Hachiman Shrine erected to north and south morning service charges is shown. "Daidai Kagura (Shinto theatrical dance)" is appointed by intangible cultural asset.
It is said that we perform every year on last Sunday in August to protect from natural disaster damage of farm products.
